Your order is shipped by the courier company (ACS) or (ELTA) in your area. Orders placed on www.misolepto.gr on working days, provided that the product is available, are usually delivered in 1-3 working days in the Attica basin. Starting from the date of display in our system, the payment of your order with PayPal or credit card
For the other regions within Greece, the delivery time varies depending on the delivery region. In the areas that are characterized as “DISABLESS” by the courier company, the delivery of your order takes place within 4 to 7 working days. The above delivery times depend on the delivery option at your place or in an ACS or ELTA store.
In case the order is not received by you within 5 days, it is automatically canceled by our system and the product is returned immediately to our company.
Upon receipt of your order from ACS or ELTA, you will need to unpack and carefully inspect your device.
In case you find bumps or broken parts of the device you should inform our store the same day by sending an e-mail to the address: info@misolepto.gr or call our technical department at 2114176066 or 694 392 6693 and local ACS or ELTA, stating that it was received at a loss to inform you of the actions you should take. The device must be picked up by the shipper in its original factory packaging, along with all accessories. In any case, we clarify that the return is not accepted without prior notice.
After the above deadline we can NOT accept any responsibility for any damages or damages that have occurred.
The charges for GREECE are as follows:
The transport is 2,90 € up to 2kg.
From 2kg and up the charges depend on three different categories of TCs (land areas, inaccessible areas and islands) as well as the corresponding weight of the products.
